    EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED

    Despite my numerous efforts to reach you both by email and phone, concerning the incorrect product I received I have yet ( almost 30 days ) to get any response what so ever You sent me a 64 oz tub of COARSE Relaxer. I ordered REGULAR. Please either refund my money or send me a replacement for the incorrect product. Stop ignoring your customers and rectify this problem
